By downloading or using the TapConnect app, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

  • You must be 18 years or older to use the app.
  • The app must be used in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Report unauthorized access immediately.

All content and features in the TapConnect app are the property of 1tech Pty Ltd and protected by copyright and other laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

1tech Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

6. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify the app or these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of changes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia.

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by 1tech Pty Ltd via the website located at www.1tech.com.au and www.tapconnect.com.au.

  7. Overseas transfer
    • Your personal information will not be disclosed to recipients outside Australia unless you expressly request us to do so. If you request us to transfer your personal information to an overseas recipient, the overseas recipient will not be required to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles and we will not be liable for any mishandling of your information in such circumstances.
